This amazing space is completed by a built-in WC, and large chrome ladder style modern towel rail radiator.

The last two rooms off the hall are the bedrooms. Both of these are large double rooms and both have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom also features French doors that open out onto the back garden and in this room the fitted wardrobes are on the two walls either side of the French doors. The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes that run along one entire wall and as this bedroom overlooks the front to the property, and it’s a window has plantation shutters. Both of the bedrooms and hall are carpeted.

All of the windows in the property are UPVC double glazed and the heating is by gas combi boiler that is less than two years old.

There is a single attached garage that has a remote controlled electric door to the front, a door to the rear and a door from the second bedroom. It has power and light and also has the plumbing for the washing machine with a vent suitable for a tumble dryer.
